For the majority of my career, I have worked in the technology space, with my early years developing banking solutions for payments processing, and the larger part of my career developing solutions to my clients’ data driven digital marketing needs. In my more recent years, I have broadened my experience to small business infrastructure, manufacturing, importing, and construction management.
Education
I have a post graduate diploma in management with a focus on marketing and technology.
I successfully graduated from Epsilons internal university’s 12-months Executive Development Program.
Global Corporate
In spent 16 years at Epsilon, a global organisation focused on delivering high end data driven marketing technology and services. 5 years of which I ran the entire Asia Pacific business.
In this role I managed the diversified team which was spread across my eight offices and six countries, to deliver marketing and loyalty solutions and services to my local and global clients.
Small Business Start-up
After nearly 20 years in the corporate world I consulted to a friend to help establish his new start-up business, Signature Camper Trailers, which opened my eyes to the unique challenges of small business, as well as the invaluable opportunity to learn about an entire new world of vehicle manufacturing and importing.
We ultimately sold the business to focus on our next adventure, but Signature Camper Trailers is alive and doing extremely well with its new owners.
Construction and Tenders
I have consulted to in the construction world to develop a winning tender response and subsequently help deliver the fit-out Opera Australia’s new Melbourne headquarters for Innovative Commercial Projects.
This spawned a real interest for the construction business for me, where I have since consulted to develop several more tenders for my clients, manage the back to base building office make good for Solaris Paper; and two very successful house flips.
Mobile App Development
Together with my wife we built a beautiful, ahead of its time, mobile award winning, family rewards iPhone App, called Little Rewards.
Little Rewards provided families a tool to help parents establish life lessons and disciplines with their children, by way of fully customisable tasks and rewards. Think of it as your own fully customisable family loyalty program, complete with earn, redeem and goal settings.
My experience is one of the most diversified around.
